THE WAY YOUR PROPERTY WORKS

Considered care. For your everyday.

One office downtown. Another on Broadway. A storefront across the city. Keep the management simple while giving each Vancouver address the room list and access plan it needs.

01

Start with a site register

List every address, property type, approximate cleanable area, operating hours and local contact. Identify the person who approves the portfolio-wide scope and pricing.

  • Address, suite and property type
  • Local access contact and central decision-maker
  • Rooms, floor finishes and washroom counts
  • Requested frequency and cleaning window
02

Use a shared format, not an identical task list

An office floor, a strata lobby and a showroom need different boundaries. Standard task names can make proposals easier to review while each location keeps its own rooms, exclusions and frequency.

03

Make access a location-level decision

A downtown tower may have different entry and elevator arrangements from a street-level shop. Keep access information at the correct address and transfer credentials securely after a provider is confirmed.

04

Keep prices visible by address

Ask for the recurring amount and scope for each property, with initial cleaning, consumables and periodic work shown separately. A combined total should still explain what changes when one location is added or removed.

05

Choose the start order together

If the sites have different contract dates, name the first property and the intended sequence. Provider availability and timing are confirmed against the actual locations, rather than assumed for the entire portfolio.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Your questions.
Clear answers.

Can I start with one site and add others later?

Yes. Identify the first property and list the expected later locations. Each address, scope and proposed start date is confirmed before it is added.

Can the request include a mix of property types?

Yes. Keep a separate scope for offices, strata common areas, dealership customer areas, shops and any other premises so their responsibilities remain clear.

Can this include addresses outside Vancouver?

List the municipality for each additional property. Coverage and availability outside the City of Vancouver need to be confirmed for those addresses.
